Patient encounters outside of the office can be accurately and efficiently documented using this App.  The provider uses the touch buttons on the App to document the facility, patient’s Identification, ICD 10 and CPT codes.  At the conclusion of the encounter, a HIPPA complaint text or dictation can be transmitted to the office staff for billing and the notes can be added to the patient’s medical record.
